Use custom badge

You can add up to 5 custom badges to each product using a product metafield.

Step 1: Create the metafield

Go to Settings → Metafields and metaobjects → Products

Create a new product metafield with the following settings:

  • Name: Custom Badges

  • Namespace and key: theme.custom_badges

  • Content type: Text

  • Text type: Single line text

  • List of values: Enabled

You can add up to 5 badges to each product.

Step 2: Add badges to a product

Go to the product where you want to display custom badges.

Find the Custom Badges metafield and enter the badge text you want to display.

For example:

  • New

  • Best Seller

  • Limited Edition

  • Sale

  • Online Exclusive

Save the product when finished.
