How The4 Loyalty Program Works

Understanding the Loyalty Tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum

The essence of this program lies in the benefits that our loyal customers stand to gain. With each milestone reached, you receive a significant discount on your purchases. Let's delve into the details:

• Silver Tier: This tier is for customers who have purchased from 10 licenses to 19 licenses. You will receive a 5% discount on the balance displayed in your support account.

• Gold Tier: This tier is for customers who have purchased from 20 to 49 licenses. You will receive a 7% discount on the balance displayed in your support account.

• Platinum Tier: This tier is for customers who have purchased from 50 licenses onwards, you will enjoy a 10% discount on the balance displayed in your support account.

How can you join the Loyalty Program 

By default, you can find your license details while logging into The4 support portal. The number of license will be counted from the left sidebar.

For users bought from license 10th, the Balance and Tier details will be auto shown like image below. Your tier also automatically changes when you meet the higher tier conditions. 

These discounts are a small way for us to give back to you for your continuous patronage and support. We see it as our way of saying 'Thank you' for your belief in our products and our brand.

When The4 Loyalty Program Take Effect

However, it is essential to note that this loyalty program will apply to new licenses purchased from June 1, 2023, onwards. All licenses purchased before this date will not be counted towards the program. The new policy allows us to ensure the system's fairness and effective management while acknowledging the continued support from our clients. We are thrilled to introduce this new era of our relationship, where we can give back more to our esteemed clients and show our heartfelt appreciation.

How to Redeem Your Loyalty Balance

Your balance with The4 is not just a number; it's a flexible resource that you can use to meet your business needs. You can use the balance to redeem a variety of our products and services. This could mean purchasing new licenses for any of our Shopify themes or requesting a discount code for EComposer Shopify Page Builder. Balance redemption is designed to be as hassle-free as possible. All you need to do is visit The4's contact page at this link. Fill in your details and select the Query Type as "Balance Conversion Request". Our dedicated support team will contact you promptly to process your request.

Important Information: License Validation

While we are eager to provide numerous benefits through our Loyalty Program, it's important to clarify a few details regarding license validation. We want to ensure complete transparency and prevent any potential misunderstandings. Specifically, only licenses from ThemeForest are valid for the program.

All exchange licenses will be generated by our system and will not be added to the Licenses list in the support system. We are making this clear to guarantee a smooth process for our loyal customers and to maintain the integrity of our Loyalty Program.
