How do I submit a cashback claim?
Read the partner program details and submit your agency info and valid purchase codes via the Partner system.
What licenses are eligible for cashback?
Only successfully paid Shopify Theme Store licenses are eligible. Refunded, canceled, or invalid licenses are not counted for cashback.
How long does verification take?
We review and verify submitted info within 24–48 hours on business days.
How will I receive my cashback?
After approval, you’ll receive an email with your cashback amount and instructions to send a PayPal payment request to our official account.
When will I get paid?
Once we receive your PayPal request, we process the payment and send your cashback as soon as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.
What if my client purchased the license?
To receive cashback, the license should be registered under your agency’s account or clearly associated with your agency when submitting the claim.
When do I need to submit my license for cashback eligibility?
To be eligible for cashback, each license must be submitted within 45 days of the purchase date.
Note: Licenses submitted more than 45 days after purchase will not qualify for the cashback program. We recommend submitting your licenses as soon as possible after purchase to ensure eligibility.
