From The4, We provide support to our clients who avail our premium products only. 

If you purchase the product from any third party, null sources and resellers, you are not entitled to get support.

Support Timing

We operate from GMT+7 time zone and we offer support 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are closed). Usually we reply within a few hours and it can take up to 1 business day to respond.

How to Get Support

What’s Included in Item Support

  • Answers by The4 of product related questions by our customers.
  • Fixing bugs, glitches (if any). 

What’s Not Included in Item Support

  • Product installation.
  • Product customization.
  • Support does not include assistance related to hosting and server issues of the users.

Item Support Period

Your item support period depends on the type of your license. For example: If you have a 1 year subscription, you will get support for 1 year. For lifetime subscription you will get lifetime support.
